We collect the following categories of information:

  • Business contact information — business name, phone number, address, and owner name, sourced from publicly available directories such as Google Maps and Google Business Profile.
  • Communications — messages you send to us via SMS, email, or other channels, including replies to our outreach.
  • Website usage data — if you visit a website we have built for your business or our own website, we may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
  • Payment information — if you become a client, billing details processed through our payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

Use

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Contact local service businesses about our web design services via SMS or email
  • Build, host, and maintain websites for clients who engage our services
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Improve our outreach, targeting, and service quality
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services described above.

SMS

Text Message Outreach

We send SMS messages to business phone numbers obtained from public business directories. Our initial message identifies us, describes our service, and asks your permission before sending any website preview or further materials.

You can opt out of receiving any further messages at any time by replying STOP or NO to any message we send. We will immediately remove your number from our contact list and send no further messages. We honor all opt-out requests within one business day.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Sharing

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the following categories of service providers, strictly as needed to operate our business:

  • Hosting providers — Vercel, for hosting websites we build
  • Database providers — Supabase, for storing business and project data
  • Messaging providers — Twilio, for SMS delivery
  • Payment processors — for billing clients

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Retention

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain business contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you opt out of our messaging, we retain your number in a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time (reply STOP or NO)

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Client Capture Now for web design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

What We Provide

Client Capture Now builds, deploys, and maintains websites for local service businesses. Services include:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Website hosting on our infrastructure
  • A custom domain name (where included in your plan)
  • Ongoing edits and updates as described in your plan
  • Optional add-ons such as review automation or lead management tools

The specific scope of services is defined at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Pricing

Fees and Payment

Our standard pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee as agreed at the time of engagement. Current standard pricing is available on request.

  • Setup fees are due before the site goes live
  • Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel at any time with no penalty — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds on setup fees once a site has been built and delivered
  • If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, we may suspend the website until payment is received
Ownership

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content specific to your business (your business name, services, photos, and written descriptions). The underlying website template, code, and design framework remain the property of Client Capture Now.

If you cancel services, we will provide you with an export of your content upon request. Hosting will cease at the end of the final paid period.

Content

Your Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other clients

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide to us (photos, text, logos) does not violate third-party rights.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that your website will generate a specific volume of leads, calls, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and Google's search algorithm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Capture Now's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

SMS Messaging Policy

This page describes how Client Capture Now uses SMS text messaging to contact potential and existing clients.

Who We Text

Recipients

We send SMS messages exclusively to business phone numbers listed publicly on Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and similar business directories. We do not text consumers or individuals who have not listed a phone number as a public business contact.

What We Send

Message Types

You may receive the following types of messages from us:

  • Initial outreach — a single message introducing our service and asking your permission before sending anything further
  • Website preview — sent only after you reply affirmatively to our initial message
  • Follow-up messages — a limited number of follow-ups if you do not reply, or follow-ups regarding your preview if you have requested one
  • Service communications — messages related to your active account (billing, site changes, support) if you are a client
Opt Out

How to Stop Messages

You can opt out of all messages from us at any time by replying STOP or NO to any message. We will immediately add your number to our suppression list and send no further messages. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been removed.
